Construction of our fibre infrastructure will begin in Spring 2025 and continue throughout the year. Our team will be working tirelessly to build a modern fibre network that will bring you the high-speed connectivity you deserve.

Please refer to the coverage map to see the overall area included in the project. The fibre project will be completed in multiple phases throughout 2025. Addresses for Phase One have been defined and construction is underway. If your address is eligible, we’ll reach out to you through door-to-door visits and mailed letters with details on the project and next steps. Fibre-optic cables will be installed along roads and extended to homes. To bring fibre to your property, you’ll need to provide consent through our consent form. Once installation is complete, you can sign up for services and take advantage of bundling options to save.

Providing consent now ensures that the necessary fibre infrastructure is brought to your home during the construction phase, giving you access to our fibre services without any delays once they are available. Additionally, by signing up early, you may take advantage of special promotions, discounts, and savings as we roll out our services.

The consent form is necessary to bring fibre from the road to your home during construction. There’s no cost or obligation; signing just ensures your home is ready to connect when the network goes live in Fall 2025. This way, you won’t have to wait longer when the service is available.

You’ll receive a consent form via mail from one of our doorknockers, or you can fill it out here. Simply sign it, snap a picture, or scan it and follow the instructions on the form for electronic submission.

Homes will be able to connect to Axle Telecom’s fibre services starting in Fall 2025. We will let you know when service is ready in your area, and our team will work with you to set everything up.

FTTH delivers high-speed connectivity via optical fibre cables, which are made of ultra-thin glass stands installed through aerial or underground networks. These cables provide faster and more reliable connectivity than copper or cable networks.

FTTH requires a fibre-optic modem ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and a compatible router to connect devices to the Internet. If you sign up with Axle Telecom, we’ll provide you with everything you need to connect with FTTH.

To ensure the most efficient fiber connection to your home, our trusted construction partner, NuBuild, will conduct an assessment to determine the optimal route from the road to your property. Once this groundwork is complete and we’re ready to connect your services, an Axle Telecom representative will contact you to discuss your service options and schedule your installation.

You do not need to be home when the fibre is brought from the road to the side of your house.  You will need to be home for the installation of Axle Telecom services.  A member of our team will coordinate the best time to book a free professional installation of the services you select.

We take great care to ensure a damage-free process when bringing the fibre optic cable from the road to your home and during the installation of your services. Ensure you have completed a consent form allowing the fibre to be brought up to the side of your home.  When the network is ready to connect services, a representative from Axle Telecom will reach out to you directly using the information provided on your consent form.  You can also reach out to us at 1-844-702-2848 or info@axletelecom.ca.

Yes! We are working on launching our fibre TV services.  Please stay tuned to our website for information as it becomes available.   We will be offering bundle options designed to save you money. 

We are offering Symmetrical internet which means the same download and upload speeds.  The speeds we are offering are 150mbps, 500mbps, and 1GB. 

Waived connection and installation fees are currently included for all new customers. Please note, standard charges may apply for future installations or connections.

For your convenience, we recommend setting up pre-authorized payments through your credit card or bank account. Our Customer Care team will gladly guide you through this simple process during sign-up. Alternatively, you can easily manage payments yourself via our secure online SmartHub portal using a credit card.

Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis, with a one month minimum.

We hate to see you go, but if you need to, you can cancel at any time.  Please give us at least 24 hour’s notice to process your request.
